5	Development of this video game franchise can be dated back to 1993, when the development team responsible were told to create a game using elements from the Super Nintendo title ‘Sweet Home’.  Due to the existence of both a DOS Game and a punk band, this game series could not have its intended title and held a competition amongst staff to chose a new title.  The series made its debut on Sega Saturn and Sony Playstation in 1996, with two more titles released in the 1990s including versions on the Nintendo 64 and PC ports.
