One of my favourite quizzing events of the year takes place next weekend. The Brunton Shield, held annually, involves quizzers from the North East of England taking on those from Scotland. This is the third year I have taken place in the event and for the first time in that period the event is being held south of the border in Newcastle. Very much looking forward to it and good luck to all involved.

The Twitter feed continue to grow @quizaddictblog is the address. I try to add questions daily as well as various other bits and bobs. Speaking of social media I am also keen on arranging some games on Superbuzzer so will look to be putting a post up later in the week.
