Released in November 2020, this is the first book from Phil Harrison who has wrote for several leading newspapers and publication. 'The Age of Static: How TV Explains Modern Britain' takes a look at the recent history of Britain through the eyes of the TV shows we have watched. The book is crammed full of facts as well as insight into the world of TV, and I found myself 200 pages in before even realising as I was enjoying it that much. Certainly one I can imagine quizzers enjoying too!
